Mara Gwen

I’m very pleased to present the second Times & Seasons baby of the month, my daughter Mara Gwen. Mara was born March 25, just past midnight, after a positively enjoyable pregnancy, a gentle and tolerable labor, and an extremely quick delivery. At 7 lbs 7 oz, 20 1/2 inches, and with lots of long dark hair, she’s just about perfect, we think.

Mara was named to honor her parents’ maternal grandmothers, Maurine Bentley Hansen and Gwendolyn Brown Sutton. After ten days, we think she’s inherited their vigor, energy, and vitality, as well. Welcome Mara!
