    What is the meaning of the phrase… “crushed china glistening”? Is it the cracks in the outer temple walls as shown on the pic in tyhe post?

    Craig. It’s a reference to a popular anecdotal (and non-historical) story about early church members crushing their china plates and cups to give a sparkle to the exterior of the building.
